The Women Skills Program by GlobalMars Foundation helps women from underserved communities gain practical, job-ready and income-generating skills that can lead to greater confidence, independence, and sustainable livelihoods.

Through vocational training, digital skills, communication, financial awareness, and practical workshops, we create opportunities for women to learn, earn, and build a better future for themselves and their families.

Our Focus

• 🤝 Mentorship & Support — Connecting women with trainers, mentors, and opportunities.
• 🌱 Income Opportunities — Helping participants turn their skills into employment or sustainable self-employment.
