About This Program
The Girls Leadership Circles program by GlobalMars Foundation creates safe and supportive spaces where girls can build confidence, discover their strengths, develop leadership skills, and learn to speak up for themselves and their communities.
Through mentorship, group discussions, life-skills activities, leadership workshops, and peer learning, girls are encouraged to make informed decisions, pursue their ambitions, and become positive change-makers.
