About This Event
In August 2024, during the holy month of Sawan, GlobalMars Foundation organised a Helping Camp for Kanwariya to support pilgrims on their journey of devotion.
Kanwariyas walk long distances carrying sacred water for Lord Shiva. Our volunteers set up a service camp near Garibnath Dham, Muzaffarpur (Bihar) to offer rest, drinking water, refreshments, first-aid support, and a welcoming space for tired devotees.
The camp brought together foundation volunteers and local well-wishers in a spirit of seva — small acts of care that made the yatra safer and more comfortable for hundreds of pilgrims.
